My genuine curiosity about people and ability to empathize with their needs inspired me to pursue a career in design. My journey from an economics background to becoming a UX Researcher has been guided by a strong passion for applying information-gathering and data analysis principles to create meaningful and user-centric experiences. 

Coming from a customer success professional background, I am passionate about service design and use that lens to connect the dots of individual research projects to enrich customer experiences at a broader scale.
